didn't get to publish this yesterday, so publishing this today.
it is in human nature to sin, to judge, to envy, to engage in malice and spite.
how awful it is.
wouldn't the world be a better place without everyone?
alas, it can not be.
just did finish the 7 days thing,
and i really hope and pray that it turns out well.
i tried my best to NOT EVEN HAVE A BUDGET for this thing,
using all sorts of obscure materials and means and ways to express what is needed to be expressed.
still need money to buy the cloths, chopsticks and glitter though.
really really hope it turns out wellllll. :|
anyhow, i have MADE A DECISION. :)
to be more of a salt and light,
i shall engage in reading on the MRT.
not the bus deary me,
i'll feel ever so faint.
i shall read CHRISTIAN LITERATURE on the mrt to expose the people out there to christians!
yes, we can be normal and everything too!
we just have a bit more awareness of the awesome power of God in our lives. :)
i'm wondering...
why do we need to know the history a certain book is based in?
the culture context i understand,
but all the who reigned when, who took over whom blah blah blah...do i really need to know all this?
and indeed,
even if the height at which you are now is where God had put you,
don't get a big head,
because he who put you there can still take you down.
scary stuff, but it really prevents one from getting a big head. HAHA.
repentence is cool stuff.
imagine, a clean slate when YOU were the one who stupidly dipped it in mud without knowing you had to keep it for eternity.
so hard to repent though,
because the heart is deceitful above all things.
GOD GUARD MY HEART PLEASE.
i really really want a pure heart
so that i won't feel so hypocritical at times.
although it may not be the best thing to be naive,
i would much rather be naive and truely not know anything,
then know many things but am required to pretend that i know nothing.
secrets eat away at you,
like a nasty bug.
HOW IS JESLYN GOD?
i honestly don't know why people choose to destroy their own lives.
but i do that sometimes too i guess,
when i'm unwilling to give up something,
or just too lazy to work hard.
grrr.
WHY IS HAVING A PURE HEART SUCH A HARD THING TO DO?
