servant at heart.

GAP, day 34.

i think that i've been learning a lot lately, because God speaks to me from everywhere and everything.

today's GAP talk about being a servant.
its not being a servant, because you slog all day but never get recognition.
its natural to yearn to want to be known for what you did, to be highlighted in your contribution, be it big or small.
but its pride as well.

i'm frankly quite amazed with shirley.
the more i learn about her, the more i am amazed.
she's really a great leader, and i feel so blessed to be under her. :)

now, what have i learnt today that has struck me so?
its that leaders aren't people who just know a lot about God,
they practice what they preach as well.
that is why they can work so many miracles for God.

i think i need to vastly improve on practicing what i preach.
and i must pray for a pure heart.
yes, i must.
