thanksgiving for tue (17/1):
- it rained in the afternoon! asked god that if he wanted me to stay in singapore, let it rain in the morning, and if he wanted me to go overseas, let it rain in the afternoon. what's more, i didn't even know it rained in the afternoon till my supervisor came to tell us that it was raining. i really ought to trust that when i pray, god will answer if i ask in good faith.
- my bday present from ben!
- xinyi's shoulder. :)
- the cheap nus science canteen food
- my very cheap and delicious dinner
- no work the next day, meaning i get to sleep in and do things that i ought to do!

thanksgiving for the first half of wed(18/1):
- shuyi's random sms that told me she misses me
- my dad for his credit card
- god for letting my dad become more supportive of me going to the states, he even asked me to check out arkansas, which is in the midwest, near texas! but i'll still only go to the states that have hope churches in them.
